Woodwork Shop Since the beginning of the ministry of Kwasizabantu it has been necessary to do our own
woodwork, simply because of the distance from the nearest towns - and the costs involved.
God has been gracious to us in sending two very talented people, Robert Maeder and Frans
Huber. Uncle Robert, as he is affectionately known, came about 20 years ago and is the
manager of the woodwork shop. In case you were thinking that it is a small venture
consider the following statitstics: About 32 km of planks were cut, planed and grooved,
for the auditorium, tons of planks have been cut and put together for the dining-hall,
Radio Khwezi, and the 22 houses, thousands of beds have been made, for quick assembling,
for the Youth Weeks. An important appendage of the Woodwork Shop is the Sawmill. Photos will be on this page soon. |
